Rachel set up Building Relations in January 2015 in a bid to provide a dynamic and innovative approach to property PR. Rachel has almost 20 years of experience working with property related companies and regularly secures impressive coverage in all the major national newspaper titles. Enthusiastically working with all forms of media including radio, television and online, Rachel has experience delivering a range of impressive PR campaigns from inception to delivery.
Working in a London PR agency for the first few years of her career, Rachel then set up and managed the first pioneering in-house PR team at the UK’s largest national housebuilder, Barratt Developments. As well as continuing to deliver excellent national coverage, at Barratt Rachel developed a talent for securing regional coverage and connecting with local communities. Establishing many new PR initiatives for the housebuilder, most of these innovative campaigns were rolled out across the company and are still being used with success today.
Kathryn Reucroft

Joining the Building Relations team in November 2016, Kathryn Reucroft has 15 years of experience working for some of London’s largest PR agencies and has been at the centre of communications for some of the UK and overseas’ most interesting residential and commercial property developments.
Kathryn’s extensive experience means she is well versed in a huge variety of PR and marketing disciplines. This expertise ranges from delivering focused, sustained and successful campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms, co-ordinating local press campaigns, to arranging large scale press events and overseas press trips, handling corporate reputation management as well as confidently providing crisis communications support. In her career Kathryn has worked for a wide range of property clients including several major housebuilders, London developers, estate agents, buying agents, interior designers and architects. She also has a great track record in writing successful property award entries.

Ramsay is a public affairs, communications and political strategist who works closely with Building Relations’ to provide expert advice to its clients across England and Scotland, helping them to navigate the political landscape.
Ramsay has spent this century intimately involved in media and politics and is a regular commentator on a variety of current affairs programmes on BBC. His time as a Special Advisor to the Prime Minister (which included advising the PM and Cabinet on Scottish issues in the run up to the Independence Referendum in 2014) gave a deep insight into how Government works, thinks and acts. It brought daily contact with the most senior political figures during extraordinary times in UK politics, and helped forge relationships with a wide range of people and organisations across the political spectrum.
