The UK property industry has seen a rapid digital transformation in the last few years, and Building Relations has worked with several pioneering new start-ups to spread the word about the innovative new technology that is already dramatically disrupting the sector.
Building Relations handled the PR for the closure of ambitious PropTech start-up askporter’s second funding round in January 2018 and further investment from Google in December 2018. askPorter is the first artificial intelligence (AI) powered property management platform of its kind and secured investment of over half a million pounds from heavyweight property, technology and business experts, including personal investment from serial super-angel James Caan CBE. Securing exclusives in City Spy on the Evening Standard’s Business pages and Estates Gazette, Building Relations has gone onto generate awareness across much of the industry and business press, with interviews including Estates Gazette’s TechTalk Radio.
Having recently come onto the books at Building Relations, we’re working closely with Buildots to raise its profile in the construction world. This AI startup is set to overhaul construction sites as we know them, as the Buildots technology creates a digital environment to analyse data streams and provide real time information with pinpoint accuracy.
Building Relations works with Aprao, an enterprising London-based startup with an ambitious goal to transform the way the property industry appraises developments. By using cloud-based technology to run appraisals and reports anytime, anywhere, Aprao is set to launch this autumn after hefty investment from property, technology, and business angels.
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to provide successful PR for Aprao, and we’ve secured exclusives with Property Week and Estates Gazette, among other industry news outlets.
