What information do we collect?

Personal data
You are not obliged to give Building Relations any personal information in order to use our website. However, we do collect some basic details from those who make a specific request for brochures or other general enquiries. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Answering Queries
First and foremost, Building Relations use your personal data to contact you regarding the initial query you submitted via our website.
• Updates
After this time (and with your express permission), we may add you to our mailing list, At several points throughout the site, you may be presented with an option to receive occasional information on products, services, and special deals which we think will be relevant to you.
Out of respect for the privacy of our users, we operate an ‘opt-in’ mailing list subscription policy, so we won’t sign you up for anything without your express permission.
All emails from Building Relations will include an “unsubscribe” option allowing the recipient the opportunity to advise us that they no longer wish to receive any further messages from Building Relations.

Active Opt-In
At Building Relations, we want to stay ahead of all relevant Data Protection regulations. That’s why, in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), we have now made sure that each and every form on the Building Relations website which requires personal information has an active opt-in.
