At Building Relations, we are always keen to enliven our approach to PR and with the surge of technology in the property world, our clients are also bringing something new to their respective industries. With many companies now finding ways to streamline outdated processes in property development, we have been helping to position them as innovators in PropTech, ConTech and CREtech.

This is most definitely the case for our client Aprao – a new company set to transform the development appraisal process with the help of cloud-based technology, who have rebranded ahead of their beta launch later this month. We have been delighted to have been working with them on the PR campaign for their funding announcement over the past few months. Using our existing PropTech knowledge, we have been able to secure some fantastic coverage and opportunities for the start up in order to get their name out into the industry.

Aprao, which was founded as ‘Appraised’ in 2017 by industry expert Daniel Norman, is the first cloud-based tool for running property development appraisals and feasibility reports from anywhere, on any device. With Daniel having worked for over 10 years in property development, development finance brokerage, as well as a lender, Aprao is his brainchild, and based on his own experience of appraising sites, evaluating deals and structuring finance for developers.

As with all of our clients, we were able to work closely with their CEO and Founder Daniel Norman, to tailor a PR strategy to meet their objectives. Daniel says: “Working with the team at Building Relations, we have been able to gain significant press coverage and recognition about our PropTech business. Kathryn, Rachel and Roseanna at Building Relations have been excellent about getting a deep understanding about our team and our product and relaying that to their extensive network of press contacts. Off the back of the exclusive coverage that the team secured, I was immediately approached by market leaders which is a testament to how their work can generate new business leads too.”

Kathryn Reucroft, Director at Building Relations, comments: “It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Aprao over the past few months, and we are looking forward to their upcoming beta launch. At Building Relations, we welcome a range of clients – from traditional developers, to companies in the PropTech and ConTech sector. Our wide range of expertise ensures that we position each of our clients at the forefront of their respective fields.”
